Amazing customer service. When our heating went down in blizzard conditions during holiday time they were willing to walk through our issue over the phone. Ours is an old system (pulse heater) but they had the knowledge to quickly troubleshoot our system which saved us from freezing while waiting for service. 10 out of 10 Would recommend it.
