My wife was worried we might have a problem with our furnace and, after a lengthy phone call to the knowledgeable serviceman, she was put at ease and was not worried anymore. The nasty weather played a big role in the furnace issues and since it has calmed down, there has been no issues, just as the serviceman had predicted. Very polite and very calming, outstanding communication skills.
